You may not agree with my suggestions, but just listen with an open mind and maybe we can all make this world a healthier and happier place to live our lives and share our love. Each and every day try to see past convention and habit, the expected and the predictable, and don’t worry what others think or how they judge.

Tip of the day: When you see a homeless person on the street, remember how lucky you are to have a roof over your head, food in the fridge, & a bed to sleep on…and be thankful. One thing I try to remember to do is round up my leftovers and bag them up to share when I pass the homeless man on my way to work everyday. I am not speaking of old, rotten food, but perfectly good food that you know is not going to get eaten. It is really easy to bag it up and pass it along with a smile a kind word. Those left-overs will just sit and rot, but the act of sharing your abundance can remedy hunger and remind that person that someone out there does care.

Here at Natural Sundae we have a lot on our minds, and thus have been desiring a forum allowing us free expression unencumbered by the ticking clock or the opinions of others, and you know what they say about opinions… . We will be blogging everything from helpful Aromatherapy information, to commercial chemical facts & dangers, bands and artists we are inspired by, industry tradeshows, local markets, and any topic related to ‘green’ living and culture. I am from the northwest suburbs of Chicago, Illinois and moved to Tampa, Florida in 1995. I am an avid snowboarder, guitarist, business networker & SEO (Search Engine Optimization) guy. I proposed to Sundae exactly one year ago today on New Year’s Eve in Key West. She said yes upon a Sunset cruise and we are now happily married.
